Welcome to RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS. By visiting https://www.renovaprinting.com, using our website, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, billing, payment, personalization, and shipping information.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, materials, printing methods, lighting, and normal production variations.
We may change product descriptions, pricing, availability, materials, specifications, or quantities, or discontinue a product or service, at any time.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm or begin processing it.
We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, prohibited content, technical errors, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order before production, we will issue an appropriate refund.
You agree to pay all listed prices, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges.
4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom products include items containing customer-provided photographs, names, text, artwork, logos, colors, dimensions, layouts, or other personalized instructions.
Custom, personalized, printed, engraved, made-to-order, and special-order products are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS or our fulfillment partner.
Custom orders may only be canceled before design work, printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment begins. Once work or production begins, cancellation or refund may not be available.
5. DESIGN PROOFS AND APPROVAL
When we provide a design proof, the customer must carefully review all spelling, grammar, names, telephone numbers, addresses, dates, dimensions, quantities, colors, image placement, layout, and other details.
Customer approval authorizes production. RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS is not responsible for errors that were present in a customer-approved proof or in files supplied by the customer.
Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may delay production.
6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials you provide to us.
You grant RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS and its production or fulfillment partners a limited license to use, reproduce, modify, resize, and transmit submitted content only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
You are responsible for claims resulting from content submitted without proper authorization. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We are not responsible for reduced print quality caused by blurry, low-resolution, incorrectly sized, compressed, or otherwise unsuitable customer-supplied files.
7. COLOR AND PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Colors displayed on electronic screens may not exactly match printed colors. Minor variations in color, placement, size, texture, material, finish, cutting, or alignment may occur during normal production and are not considered defects.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless we expressly agree in writing to a specific color-matching service.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply shortages, incorrect customer information, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our website, business name, logo, original designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other content are owned by RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our website content or original designs without prior written permission.
Customer ownership of submitted content is not transferred to RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and fulfillment providers.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or independent actions of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
12. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services. Purchases are made directly from RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS, not from Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products, orders, customer service, or transactions.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
• Upload malicious code or interfere with website security
• Provide fraudulent, false, abusive, or misleading information
• Scrape, copy, resell, or exploit website content without permission

• Submit unlawful or unauthorized content for printing
We may refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access when these terms are violated.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the website, process payments, and fulfill orders.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, or omissions. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If we cancel a paid order because of our error, we will issue an appropriate refund.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENOVA PRINTING SOLUTIONS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from use of the website or our products and services.
